Pearls MiiHome Pty Ltd is the owner of a very exciting, innovative building system and technology called "MiiHome".
The parent company is Pearls Australasia Pty Ltd, an Australian based development group with a significant Balance Sheet and substantial property and development interests in Australia. Pearls Australasia recently acquired the Sheraton Mirage on the Gold Coast for in excess of $60 million. This was acquired without any debt.
Pearls Australasia is associated with the Pearls Group in India, a group called "Pearls Global". Pearls Global in India is the largest private landholder in India, it employs in excess of 1.6 million people and it has in excess of 260 offices. Pearls Global is owned by Mr Nirmal Singh Bhangoo, the Chairman of the Group, who is also Chairman of the Pearls Group in Australia.
The Pearls Group in India has substantial and diverse interests across construction and infrastructure, property and development, education, health and hospitals, the media, food, wine, spices, insurance and other substantial and diverse interests.
MiiHome is a new building system and technology that allows the development of permanent and demountable houses that can be constructed substantially quicker than any other building system, they are substantially cheaper than any other building system and they outperform nearly every other building system in every measure of performance.
The MiiHome is a truly smart home that will deliver real housing solutions at a cost and within a time never before seen, but to a standard exceeding standards currently available.
The particular application of our MiiHome to remote housing, Indigenous and Government housing can be supplied in a permanent or in a demountable form.
Professor Wendy Miller has recently completed a detailed study of our MiiHome, Wendy heads the Department of Sustainability at QUT. She is also a significant consultant to the Queensland Government on sustainability and in relation to Indigenous Housing. She has provided the highest praise for the quality of our product and its appropriateness for Indigenous Housing.
Miihome has recently completed a detailed investigation into the current housing being provided for Indigenous people and the application of our product to Indigenous Housing. We have completed the design of a housing module that we believe would be admirably suited to many Indigenous Housing projects.
Miihome is currently building an Indigenous Housing display project in Bundamba, Brisbane/Ipswich. We will be utilising this to showcase the quality of our product to all members of Miihome is finalising a comprehensive training program that we will utilise as part of our plan to roll out MiiHomes as a solution for Indigenous Housing. This training program will provide skills and training and employment for Aboriginal people and it will allow them to take a significant role in constructing their own homes.
